Ideally 5Spice users work with us as a team. They try the program out and and tell us about their experience. For example, if you did not find a Help entry you wanted, please tell us and mention what keyword(s) you expected to find it under. That way we can improve things in the next release.
tell us what works well and what doesn't, how you use 5Spice, suggest new features, website improvements, etc.
bug / problem reporting
include the 5Spice version number from the program's "About" box. For bug reports that are design specific, please attach a copy of the schematic and analysis files (*.sch,*.anl) for 5Spice Analysis 1.0, or 5Spice 2.0’s project file (*.sch).
Questions that affect many users are encouraged and may get written up as a FAQ on the website. So check the FAQ's. Hints on using 5Spice in a specific application may also be available.
When requesting support, please remember that you are your circuit's designer, not us. If you need design assistance, see Consulting. 5Spice is supported as engineering software.
Unregistered (free) users: please describe things clearly in words. Those needing application support beyond a two or three sentence response should register.
Registered (paid) users have priority and full program support. Application support is limited due to the low cost of the program. Please use it efficiently by describing the application and situation clearly and in some depth as you would to another designer. Attach the schematic+analysis or project files.
